Pep Tracker is built and supported by one person. I read every email and answer as quickly as I can.

When you write in, it helps a lot if you include:

  • Your device (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
  • Your OS version (Settings → About)
  • The app version (see Settings inside Pep Tracker)
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead

Common issues

Notifications aren’t showing up

Check that notifications are enabled for Pep Tracker in your device settings, and that “Do Not Disturb” or a Focus mode isn’t suppressing them. On iOS, also check that Time-Sensitive notifications are allowed.

My Pro purchase isn’t recognized

Open the app’s Settings and tap “Restore Purchases.” If that doesn’t work, email support with the store you purchased on (App Store or Google Play) and I’ll sort it out.

I lost my data after reinstalling

Pep Tracker stores data on your device, so uninstalling removes it. If you have iCloud backup or Google backup enabled, restoring your device from that backup will bring the data back. There is no cloud copy on our end because we don’t upload your data.

Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature

Email away. I keep a real list and prioritize based on what real users ask for.
