By using Vacationmaxxing ("the app"), developed by MrNick Apps, you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
Vacationmaxxing is a planning tool. It computes public holidays and suggests how to place vacation days. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
2. Not employment or legal advice
Public holiday rules, collective agreements and workplace practices vary. The app's calculations are based on national rules and common conventions (for example, treating certain eves as days off), and may not match your specific employer, region or contract. Always confirm with your employer before booking time off or travel. MrNick Apps is not liable for vacation days booked, travel purchased, or any other decision made based on the app's output.
3. Third-party bookings
Links on the Book tab lead to independent third-party sites. Your bookings and payments happen entirely with them, under their terms. Some links are affiliate links and may earn MrNick Apps a commission at no extra cost to you.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content are the property of MrNick Apps.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
