By downloading, installing, or using Expense Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not financial advice

Expense Tracker is a personal tool for tracking your own money and spotting recurring costs. It does not provide financial, investment, budgeting, tax, or debt advice. The Maxx Score, "kept" amounts, and yearly projections it shows are simple calculations based on the figures you choose to enter — not a measure of your true savings, income, or net worth, and not a recommendation. Any financial decisions you make are your own. Consult a qualified financial professional for advice about your finances.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own financial decisions. MrNick Apps is not liable for any financial loss or other harm resulting from your use of the app.

Accounts

Expense Tracker requires an account to store and sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Price

Expense Tracker is free to use. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. If this ever changes, it will be made clear before any charge applies.

Intellectual property

The Expense Tracker app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by MrNick Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

Expense Tracker is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrNick Apps disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
