Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or playing Ghost Tape, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Content warning
Ghost Tape is a horror game. It contains darkness, sudden loud sounds, flashing light effects, vibration and jump scares. It is not intended for children under 13. If you are sensitive to flashing light or sudden sound, please consider whether the game is right for you; vibration and sound can be reduced or turned off in Settings.
Online records
Posting scores to the shared board is optional. Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may remove entries that break this rule, or that were produced by tampering with the game, without notice.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are one-time purchases handled by Google Play, subject to Google's terms and refund policy. Purchased content is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on a new device by signing in with the same account.
Licence
Ghost Tape is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the game, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or that saved progress will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, MrNick Apps is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top.
